Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to request deletion of the personal information that a business holds about them. The following describes how California residents may request deletion from National Pen.

To request that we delete your personal information from our records, please complete the form below or call us at 800-347-7367. On receipt of your request, we may request additional information to verify your identity and the validity of your request. We have forty-five (45) days to respond to your request for deletion. We may also inform you that we need up to forty-five (45) additional days to respond and the reason we need additional time.

Please be aware that the CCPA allows companies to retain personal information in certain circumstances even if a deletion request is made. For example, we may retain personal information that is needed to fulfill an order you submitted, prevent fraud, or meet our legal obligations. If we are unable to delete all of your personal information, we will provide you with a brief explanation.

Before submitting your request, we ask that you review our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy provides valuable information about how we collect, use, store, & disclose your personal information.
